How payments and access work, and when refunds apply.
Yagga FX Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks access to a private Telegram channel and community, detailed setups, live sessions, breakdowns, and related educational content. It is digital access to community and educational content, not a financial product, signal-selling service, or any promise of profit.
Payments are handled by Paystack, our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details, they are entered securely inside Paystack's PCI-DSS-compliant checkout. You agree to Paystack's terms when you pay. Prices are shown before you confirm, and you are charged the amount displayed at checkout.
Access is provisioned as soon as your payment is confirmed. You then connect Telegram (via the link we email you and show on the confirmation page) and our bot sends a private, single-use invite to the premium channel. Your access period (e.g. 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) begins when you connect.
Because Premium and academy access are digital and delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the invite link has been issued. This is standard for digital subscriptions.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only where:
Refund requests for these cases must be made within 7 days of payment via our contact page, with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack.
Subscriptions provide access for the period purchased. You can simply choose not to renew, there is no auto-charge surprise; renewals are an action you take. Cancelling means you keep access until the current period ends; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
If you unlocked Premium for free by signing up with a partner broker through our link, no payment is involved and this refund policy does not apply. That access continues while you remain an active referred client and is re-checked periodically; it may end if you are no longer an active client.
If you have an issue, please contact us first, we respond quickly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate and permanent loss of access to the community and any future services.
Paid or free, channel access is personal and tied to your account. Invite links are single-use and must not be shared or resold. Abuse, sharing access, or breaking community rules can result in removal without refund. See our Terms of Service.
